As a global company, Bombardier is proud of its employees worldwide. The diversity and skills drive out competitive advantage and innovative capabilities. In terms of gender diversity we have an active Female Engineering Network (FEN), working to make Bombardier Transportation a more exciting and attractive place for women to work and are successfully underway with driving forward initiatives to attract more females to our industry. We are also committed to a target of 25% women in leadership positions by the end of 2019.

  • Participating in the ‘Big Rail Diversity Challenge’, alongside such a wide range of companies and customers in the UK rail industry, is a fantastic opportunity for everyone involved. Will both genders in each team perform roles perceived as “non-traditional” or will the challenges highlight particular abilities? What a way to find out!
