Individuals entering and will be allocated to a mixed team.
The cost for individuals is £165.00 + VAT per person to include an Off Road Challenge and an official team t-shirt displaying your team name on the reverse.
Your ticket price will include:
- Breakfast on arrival
- Buffet style lunch
- Hot and Cold beverages throughout the day
- Participation in all gender mixed challenges including an Off Road Challenge
- Official team t-shirts displaying your team name on the reverse
Each team will be made up of 10 members, 5 women and 5 men.
All booking signed and confirmed by 1st April will receive a 10% discount reducing the cost per team to £1,485.00 and £148.50 for individuals.
Prior to the event, joining instructions will be addressed to all attendees (individual tickets/group bookings) requesting the provision of dietary/special requirements. We would simply require each attendee to complete and return the form one week prior to the event: Friday 9th June 2017.
Cancellations must be received in writing on or before the 14th April 2017. A full refund will be offered, less an administrative charge of 15%. Should you choose to cancel after 14th April 2017, no refund will be given. (Outstanding Invoices due at that period will also require full payment)
In the event that the Big Rail Diversity Challenge 2017 is cancelled, a full refund will be offered. However, we will not accept liability for travelling, accommodation or any other expenses incurred as a result. English Law and the Courts of England govern these Terms and Conditions and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Nimble Media Limited shall not be liable for cancellation or delay of the event due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure event.
Individual tickets will be invoiced on our standard payment terms of 7 days: from date of invoice.
Team bookings will be invoiced on our standard payment terms of 30 days: from date of invoice.
Sponsors will be invoiced on our standard payment terms of 30 day from date of invoice.

A free car park is available to accommodate 20,000 vehicles.
As a number of the challenges are physical: we would recommend comfortable casual clothing allowing for ease of movement. Suitable footwear is also recommended.
