This challenge has been inspired by the RBF’s new service, which is aimed at helping rail personnel who have had to take time out of work to become a primary caregiver. Their support will aid individuals to overcome basic financial barriers which may prevent them from returning to work. Knowing that it can seem like a big challenge to go from statutory benefits back into a salaried position, RBF can support the returning workers with a grant, which will help to overcome this challenge.
