Teams from across the UK rail industry will come together at The Big Rail Diversity Challenge 2021 to compete in a series of physical, mental and skill based challenges.
Challenges include: Bounce Volleyball, Le Mans Soapbox Race, Hungry Hippos, Haka, Segway Relay, Walk the Plank, Quad Bike Obstacle Course, Blindfolded Face Painting, Pop Quiz and many more!
This action packed fun day will see the attendees working together in mixed gender teams to prove the Women in Rail undertaking that gender-balanced teams really do work better together.
